Activity: Organized Session on " World of Libraries” where Prof. Mangesh Ghodke, Librarian of N G Acharya College, Chembur given a detailed information of Libraries in India and abroad, Job opportunities in Library and Information Science, how the Public libraries work in rural areas (mobile libraries) and importance of visiting libraries when we go for vacation/trips/tours.

Purpose of the Activity:As the embodiment of Knowledge and wisdom, Goddess Saraswathi is associated to Library, education, writing and other related disciplines.

Activity:Riddler’s- Library Club organized Navaratri pooja from 15th October to 24th October, Where Goddess Saraswathi is decorated and performed pooja all 10 days between 9.00 am to 9.45 am. On 20th October performed Gau Pooja and on 21st October evening 4.30 pm onwards arranged Garbha

Name of the Event: Inter-Collegiate Book Review Competition

Purpose of the Event:The Event was organized to motivate the Students to Read more apart form Academics

Riddler’s Library Club Organized Inter Collegiate Book Review Competition on 2th March 2024. 15 students participated in the competition out of that 3 were male and 12 Female. The winners of the competition are 1. Miss Vaishnavi Shinde – The SIA College of Higher Education 2. Ms. Aishwarya Shetty from The SIES College Sion 3. Ms. Arya Satam from The SIA College of Higher Education. The objective of the competition is to inculcate reading habits and develop critical thinking among students.
