Purpose of the Activity: The main purpose was to welcome FYBAF students on their first day in college. And to provide them with information regarding various aspects of the BAF. Also, there was the intention to introduce students to various clubs and committees in the college and to encourage them to participate in the same.
Outcome:
Orientation was conducted for FYBAF students on 09th July,2024 in classroom. The orientation started with principal mam addressing the students, welcoming them on their first day, followed by teachers providing information regarding curriculum. Committee orientations was also conducted. FY students also were given indoor tour of the college. Finally, they showed interest in and left with a commitment to participate in the different activities, and events by being part of committees and clubs.

Purpose of the Activity:
Freshers Party was conducted for FYBAf students by Sybaf & Tybaf students.
Outcome:
All the students of BAF have experienced lot of joy, pleasure and excitement in this Fresher’s’ party. All the FYBAF students became familiar with their seniors from SYBAF and TYBAF. They also got motivation for their education by the speech given by Principal and Vice Principal respectively. They especially enjoyed the Mr. and Ms. Fresher competition organised for them. They liked the delicious food and games arranged for them.

Purpose of the Activity:
To discuss course examination pattern.
To inform about performance of their ward in curricular and co-curricular and extracurricular activities conducted by the college.
To enlighten parents about their ward’s respective courses and facilities provided by the college.
To discuss the rules and regulations of the college
Principal madam also addressed the parents regarding the code of conduct and to maintain orderliness in their wards behaviour
Distribution of SEM – II grade card were also done.
Outcome:
Parents were made aware about the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities organised by the college.
Parents got to know about the forth coming University Examination pattern, 75% mandatory attendance requirement of their ward , Rules and Regulations of the college.
Through the distribution of grade cards academic performance of their students were discussed.
